ENERGY IN QUANTA PACKETS AND NEW PRINCIPLES THEREFROM
This Paper investigates that The rate of subsistence of energy into packets of/or quanta will be as inversely proportional to the rate of even distribution of energy: motion in time: space; And vice-versa; and other new Principles enunciated from this Principle.

As manifested by Max Planck, in the mass universe energy goes forth in discreet packets or quanta. This manifestation - in terms of the above-mentioned Principles - as well as in terms of the Principles manifested in yesterday’s works - signifies the relative - relative we say, not absolute - high (rate of) unevenness of distribution of energy:motion into time:space in the mass:universe as well as well as the relatively high (rate of) unevenness of the same into the relative reference frames.

Therefore each reference frame will in itself have a part of its time:space wherein there is a greater density or concentration of energy:motion than the other part : the parts being contiguous adjacent balancing between them in terms of the Principles of Global Balance (q.v) and the reference frames balancing between themselves in terms of the Principle of Contiguous Adjacent Reference Frames (q.v.)

This scenario is manifested in the formation and genesis of the Atom (q.v)
The Atom (q.v) is the part of a reference frame wherein there lies the greater density or concentration of energy:motion in terms of the Reference frame just mentioned in (4) supra.
On the other hand - as required by (4) supra - and as required in terms of the Principles of Global Balance and in terms of Contiguous Adjacent Reference Frames - the Atom is always and without any exception - to be surrounded by a film of energy:motion less dense than itself.
If this film of energy:motion less dense than itself in any way and at any time is interrupted even minimally in any part of its time:space the Atom will as soon disintegrate itself and the energy:motion clustered therein will no longer remain clustered.
There will be a even greater disintegration of energy:motion in the nucleus of the Atom than in the rest of it for here this occurs accordant to the Principle:

In nuclear bombardment - as well as in Isolation of Matter:Energy (q.v) - there occurs the interruption of the film surrounding the Atom as above-mentioned - in the case of nuclear bombardment the interruption being only partial and random - id est part only of the film being torn away; in the case of Isolation of Matter:Energy (q.v) the tearing away of the Atom: surrounding film being total and not random but engineered at will.

A further manifestation of a very slight interruption - though interruption it is not - as we shall manifest - of the film surrounding the Atom is the case of simple chemical combination between any two or more Atoms.
In this case the adjacent contiguity of one Atom to another will mean that the film of one Atom is intruded into by the film of the other contiguous adjacent Atom at a particular point of time:space - this is a case of reciprocal intrusion of the film(s) surrounding any Atom
This case is the slightest case of intrusion that I have manifested : and accordingly the amount or quantum of liberation (reciprocal liberation) between the two combining atoms is exceedingly small - and in as direct proportion as required by the Principles above: mentioned - the extent or quantum of physical intrusion in the film surrounding the Atom in both a chemical reaction and in a nuclear reaction being respectively in as direct proportion to the rate of liberation of energy:motion in the respective reactions - and vice-versa (note the engineering import of the Vice-versa here).
