TO ISOLATION OF MATTER : ENERGY AND NUCLEAR REACTIONS
This Paper investigates how any rate of void (hypothetically) in the mass universe would result in consequent nuclear reactions directly proportional to the Rate of Isolation of Matter : Energy; And vice-versa.
To-day’s works - and yesterday’s works - manifest that in the mass universe there is no so-called void at any of its parts in space:time - as is manifested by the energy:motion that fills all space:time between mass and another (though all are relative as per the Principle of the Mass: Energy Percentage)
Indeed if any part of the mass universe any void, however minimal, would occur there would be isolation of matter - and consequent nuclear reactions.
(Suppose that nuclear reactions in stars owe their genesis not to something like engineered bombardment but this Isolation of Matter:Energy (q.v.))
Indeed we might enunciate:
The rate of void in the mass universe will be as directly proportional to the rate of Isolation of Matter:Energy
in the same (mass:universe)
And vice-versa

For suppose that we were to suck up all films of energy:motion that surround an atom or atoms : there would be Isolation of Matter:Energy (q.v.) - and - nuclear reaction.
